SITES deemed appropriate for mountain bike tracks in Wangaratta are expected to be secured next month.
Rural City of Wangaratta director community wellbeing Jaime Chubb said an anticipated four sites, including one expected to be a few hundred metres from existing jumps behind St Bernard’s Primary School, would be supplied with dirt.
She said this would enable local youngsters to create jumps which were safe, and minimised impact on the environment.
